Common questions
Hook or no hook — what’s the difference?
Same 850 GSM Twisted Loop towel, same 60×90 cm size. The hook version has a built-in loop so you can hang it to dry between uses.
How do I wash it?
Machine wash without fabric softener, then hang it to air dry. Don’t tumble dry — heat and softener clog the fibres and reduce absorbency.
Is it safe on paint and glass?
Yes. Lay it flat and drag it slowly across the panel — no rubbing or pressure needed. The twisted loop lifts the water in a single pass.
Do you offer free shipping?

Can I return it?
30 days to request a return after delivery. Send us a message first and we’ll tell you how to return it.
